 ....an excellent book with heaps of fermented food recipes.  Fermented foods are an important part of your food (raw food or otherwise) as they are loaded with beneficial enzymes and probiotic bacteria. I use some fermented food in almost every meal. :-)

Recipes for Life from God's Garden by Rhonda J Malkmus  ....In the forward section there is invaluable advice on the importance of raw foods and food combining. There are heaps of excellent recipes for smoothies, raw breads, cakes and deserts, salads and dressings etc.
